A mind a body fitness program was put together some years ago by Smt. Padmini Ravi and Dr. Iyengar. This was to offer enthusiasts a workout session that is Indian and holistic.

It is adaptable for dancers and non-dancers and for individuals of any age and background.

It is set to Indian classical ragas and time cycle to create an aura of peace.
